Kim Kardashian Posts Phone Conversation Between Kanye West And Taylor Swift… Legal Threats Fly posted by on July 18, 2016

So Kim Kardashian decided it was time to post an allegedly secretly recorded phone conversation between husband Kanye West and arch nemesis Taylor Swift.  This is apparently the infamous phone conversation Kim claimed had occurred when Kanye asked Taylor if she would approve of his lyrics for “Famous“.

Here’s the thing… Taylor did says she didn’t know Kanye would say “I Made That Bitch Famous”… and in the video, you can only see Kanye asking about the “Sex” with Taylor Swift line.

So technically Taylor’s account of the phone conversation is true…. But here’s the kicker.  If Taylor was never told she was being recorded in the phone conversation, the video is technically illegal.  This leaves Taylor with an option to sue Kanye, sue Kim, and file a Federal Criminal Complaint, as this type of behavior falls under Federal Wire Tapping Laws.

Now there’s beef flying everywhere.  It will be really interesting to see how this moves forward.

Tobey Maguire Sued For Waxing A$$ In Underground A-List Poker Ring posted by on June 22, 2011

Better Watch Out For His Spidey Hand

Tobey Maguire is one of many high profile celebrities that is being sued for waxing a$$ in an underground poker ring that could have cost one Hedge Fund Manager nearly $25 Million Dollars in Embezzled Investor Money.

Brad Ruderman, who is currently serving time in a Texas Jail until 2018 for being convicted on two counts of wire fraud and two counts of investment adviser fraud, apparently took part in this illegal Poker ring that included A-list actors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and King Of Sleeze, Rick Salomon. Brad, who was CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners in Beverly Hills apparently lost millions of dollars in his investors money and now lawyers for the clients whose funds he embezzled are filing a series of civil suits against those who won big in the illegal poker dens, in the hope of recouping some of their lost savings.

Tobey’s legal team is trying to defend themselves by proving the games were not illegal, even though it is against California Law to gamble for money in underground Poker Games.

Word on the street is that Tobey has a mean Poker hand, winning up to $1-$2 Million Dollars a month in the rings… Holy Pokeroni Spider-Man !!

The games were secretly held at various locations like The Beverly Hills Hotel, Four Seasons and Johnny Depp’s The Viper Room, where River Phoenix saw his demise in 1993.  The games were so high stakes, that fully armed security manned their doors.

Alls I gotta say is, good luck trying to recover those losses.  This should just be a lesson to all those people out there to stop putting the trust of their financial well-being and decisions in the hands of others.

Barry Bonds Word Is Not Bond… Convicted On Obstruction Of Justice posted by on April 13, 2011

Barry Bonds with my boy Chris Hall(ywood)... In happier times

Barry Bonds was found guilty of Obstruction of Justice today in a San Francisco courtroom, but a mistrial was declared one all three counts of perjury.  Jurors were unable to agree as to whether or not Bonds knowingly lied when declaring if someone other than a doctor ever injected him.  The basis of this was if Barry Bonds knowingly had steroids administered to him.

Juror testimonies showed there were 11 people that believed Bonds childhood friend that she had witnessed Greg Anderson, Bonds’s personal trainer, injecting the hitter who now many never see the Hall of Fame.

Surprisingly, Bonds defense team rested their case last week without any eyewitness testimony or closing arguments.  To think that he lost 1 out of 4 counts makes you wonder what the outcome might have been had his team at least given it a good faith effort.

Wah Waah.

Should’ve tried Barry.  But hey, to his defense, steroids is rampant in professional sports.  And many men are making millions of dollars and being honored for their feats.  And that’s not to defend the action, but that’s to tell people to stop acting surprised.

But to the actual defense of Bonds and his character, I used to hear all sorts of things about him being a jerk.  And I can honestly say, everytime I have met him, or done something with him in the streets, he’s always been cool as a mofo, and as you see, he even took time to take a pic with one of my homeys, Chris Hall of E! Entertainment.
