Penelope Cruz gets her star with the support of Hollywood's Top Dawg, Johnny Depp

Props go out to the beautiful Penelope Cruz, who is one of the few Latin celebrities to get her very own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, solidifying her as one of the most recognized actresses of our day. It’s not easy to cross over into this industry to this level as a minority, and Penelope has done so with style and grace.

Not only is Hollywood giving her just dues, but it seems so is life. Penelope finally found love in fellow actor Javier Bardem and the two wed last year in July in a small ceremony in the Bahamas. The two also welcomed their baby boy in January of this year after she gave birth at Los Angeles’s Cedars Sinai Medical Center. What made this birth even more celebratory for the couple, is that it came just after Javier was nominated for yet another Academy Award. These two are certainly turning into a power couple to be admired by the Latin community all across the globe.

Now I gotta tell ya, Javier won the Oscar already for Best Supporting Actor in his role from “No Country For Old Men”. And I would have to say, if I could come up with my own award, he would’ve won as “Scariest Hispanic Dude To Ever Play A White Dude”… Cause damn, that dude he played in No Country was scary as fu*k !!! If I had to make an award for “Scariest White Dude To Ever Play A Hispanic Dude” though, I’d have to give it to Al Pacino for his Legendary role as Tony Montana in “Scarface”
