Tiny Frame But Some Bigazz Vocals… Singing Songs For The Vegas Locals

If I Was After Daisy On Karaoke Night… I’d Have To Hang Up Her Smokin’ Mic

No Doubt Homay… I would def not wanna sing after this girl on a Karaoke night and just embarrass my tone def self.

Daisy De La Hoya Rocked the Mic and the house at Ellis Island in Las Vegas on Wednesday Night, and put on quite a show for the Vegas locals who probably didn’t expect such huuuuge golden pipes from the Petite Reality Queen.   Yes, if you haven’t noticed yet, she has quite a set of lungs on herself.  ;)   if ya know what I mean.

Come On Daisy, Don't Be Shy... By The Sound Of Your Voice, It Came From The Sky

Daisy Belted out her rendition of Pat Benatar’s 80′s Classic “Love Is A Battlefield” and the crowd at Ellis Island Loved it.  Maybe it’s something in the air, considering Ellis Island is located right off the infamous corner of Flamingo and Koval… Where the Memory of Tupac Shakur remains forever.

Time for Daisy to carry the torch, as the young lady is going to be making quite a few rounds in the Vegas town, singing her sounds that are so profound.  She’ll be performing at various events around the City of Sin in coming weeks, so no matter where you’re from, if you’re in Vegas keep your eyes and ears out for Daisy.  You def won’t wanna miss her !!

Behind The Scenes: Warren G Brings The Ladies Out To The Party He Will Throw Now posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on June 9, 2012

Warren G Doin What He Does Best... Consuming Some Skirts For The Eve

Warren G was out chillin with nuffin but a Bevy of Beauties on Thursday, as he filmed the Music Video for his latest single, “Party We Will Throw Now” which also features Game, and the Late Great Nate Dogg.

Startling Lineup

Warren G always has his hands full when it comes to the Girls

Warren was not only surrounded by a bunch of fly ladies, but quite a few fly rides in the form of a G-Child’s main staple, Chevy Impalas on some Hydraulics, hittin switches making Downtown LA warehouses shake, rattle and roll.

Focused On Being In Focus

"LB" The City By The Sea

All Fingers Point In Warren G's Direction

And dangit if the fly ladies wasn’t just flockin like pigeons, crowd around a mofo with nothing but drool worthy aesthetics from all over the Globe.  Take for example, Vietnamese Thao Nguyen, along with Ukranian born Jenia Sapa and Elizandra Dutra reppin for Brazil.  Ay man, this may be West Coast, but when it comes to the Hunnies, We Never Ever Ever Discriminate !!

Thao Nguyen Is Bustin' Out

Don't You Wish Jenia Sapa Came With Every Ride ?

Jenia Sapa And Elizandra Dutra Show No Mercy

Elizandra Dutra Throws You Into Overdrive

She Catches You From Behind... The Camera

We also got to see Warren behind the Camera of a couple Red Ones Cams, of course a Must-Have for any Music Video Shoot, as every one was taking Warren’s Direction.

All Of You Skirts Know What's Up With 213

Warren G and The G-Funk Crew

If Looks Could Kill... These Ladies Would Have It On Lock

The song is the first Posthumous release for the Beloved and Legendary Nate Dogg, who Warren pays tribute to at the end of the song, quoting from Tupac’s track “Pour Out A Little Liquor” from the “Above The Rim” Soundtrack, where Warren says:

“And Can’t Nobody Diss My Ni@@a, Damn, I Miss My Ni@@a

Pour Out A Little Liquor, Big Nate Dogg Ni@@a 213, From The City By the Sea”

The Greatest... Thank You For Blessing Our World... Nate Dogg And Prophecy

Truly, Nate Dogg will forever be missed and forever remembered.  But it’s always awesome to know we still have other West Coast Hip-Hop Legends like Warren G to keep memories and creativity alive.

Can’t Wait to see the Video Big Homey

Is Mason Betha Next On Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music Roster ???? posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on June 5, 2012
Share

Let The Game Begin

Mason Betha just put out a Not-So-Cryptic Tweet from his Twitter Handle, @SaintMason, saying:

“Wow.. I Just Got A G.O.O.D. Offer!!!”

Clearly, Minister Ma$e is referring to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music Label on Def Jam RecordsKim Kardashian’s Beau already has seasoned Veterans under his label like John Legend and former Cash Money Co-Founder, Mannie Fresh with an album due out soon.  Common was also one of the first signed to the label but left it last year.  Kanye also recently signed Teyana Taylor.

Ma$e left the Rap Game in 1999 after finding God and becoming a Born-Again Christian, just a few short years after the fall of Tupac Shakur and former Bad Boy Labelmate Christopher Wallace a.k.a. 2Pac and Notorious B.I.G.

Ma$e returned to Hip-Hop with his original Mentor, Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2004, and with lackluster response, left the game again, only to feel inspired to return after Michael Jackson’s passing in 2009.

And it looks like he’ll be getting quite the 2nd Comeback now with Kanye behind the G.O.O.D. Music.

Let’s just see if that G.O.O.D. Music is also mixed in with some Good News.

Remembering The Rodney King Riots… 20 Years Later posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 29, 2012

April 29th, More Power To The People.. And We Might Just See A Sequel

20 years ago today, 4 Police Officers were acquitted of all wrongdoing in a Los Angeles Courtroom (Justice System Remains The Same), for nearly beating Rodney King to Death.. Prompting an outraged community to create the loudest Uproar of our Modern Nation, to be televised Live from the corner of Florence and Normandie in South Central Los Angeles.

What was seen later was an event that shaped the lives of many people in the Los Angeles Area, no matter what your Race or Age, You Felt the World Change that day.  You woke  to smoke filled skies as Pillars of Fire raged.  You saw images of Rifles drawn, National Guard called into the streets you call home.  And in those days, you may have finally realized that we are not in a world of peace.  We are in a World at War.  Because if events such as these were the first you had ever seen of it, you fail to recognize that our World sees these as daily events, and mild in the sense of street massacres experienced every moment, that we never see.

In these days, I realized we lived in a world that was NOT Equal.  These were days that were the most remembered in my life.  Feeling like the world was over, within the borders of what some would like to call “The City Of Angels“.

In A World where Oppression continues, and never ends, there are always moments where the Oppressed rises up over their Oppressors.  It is inevitable in these types of treatment to any man or woman.

I do feel we have seen much change in the last 20 years.  It seemed as if we had moved into a much better place.  But now with events such as the loss of Trayvon Martin, we wonder if our world has continued to not change at all.  And this is now beyond the events of Race Wars… this just speaks of the overall loss of Soul and Humanity from our Society.  We thought we would have learned to change our ways by now, after having already lost our great Minds and Revolutionaries, such as Malcolm X, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr…. and the Greatest Messenger from those living in this realm, Tupac Shakur… who expressed his thoughts on being a Black Man in the Racist American Land on his song “Holla If Ya Hear Me

Oh No I Won’t Turn The Other Cheek

In Case You Didn’t See That’s Why We Burned The Other Week

It was times like Those and Thoughts Like These That Made This World And This Life Unique

At least in my opinion.

And in my opinion, The Hip-Hop Movement that was birthed of such a World,

Is Empowered by what it has experienced, and how it has expressed it.

My thoughts on April 29th, 1992 were written in my song “Our Own Home”

Which spoke of this War Zone In Our Own Home.

Is This same World that has shaped You And Me,

And The Reason I speak As The Prophecy

92 April 29th, More Power To The People

Exit Out The Front Door To A World Less Equal

It Needs.. No Introduction As The Odors Of A Burning Land

Prophecy Gives Tupac Resurrection DVD’s To Paris Hilton And Lindsay Lohan… Britney Spears Awaits posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 18, 2012

Just As Much As My Name Is Prophecy... I Will Make Sure His Memory, His Life And His Message Lives On

Since This Week Has Become The Unofficial Tupac Rememberance WeekThanks To Holographic Tupac’s Appearance At Coachella…

I figured I might as well share this with you.  A few years ago, I had hoped to bring Tupac’s memory back into current day’s pop culture.  My plan was to give “Tupac Resurrection” on DVD to Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.  This of course was before Kim Kardashian came into the picture and these 3 girls were running the entertainment media and tabloid industries.

I had a specific statement to each of the three girls, where I felt their individual lives had obstacles very similar to the obstacles in Tupac’s Life, and that they could benefit by learning from his life.

To Paris: I told her that just like herself, Pac was misunderstood by the media and the world. I also managed to give her this DVD on her Birthday.

To Lindsay: I told her that just like herself, Pac was young and thrust into the limelight and had to deal with problems in the legal system

To Britney: I had planned to tell her that just like herself, Pac was ripped apart by the public and scrutinized for his actions.  I never had the chance to give her the DVD.

So that was my attempt to immerse the Spirit and Memory of Tupac into today’s pop culture.

Sorry, but I didn’t have Dr. Dre’s budget for a Hologram.

Just As Prophecy Promised… Tupac Resurrected On Coachella Stage With Dr. Dre And Snoop posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 16, 2012

I Aynt A Killer But Don't Push Me

Just as Prophecy had Prophesied... The Greatest Hip-Hop Artist / Revolutionary / Orator Of All Time was Resurrected Last Night To Join The Stage With Dr. Dre and Snoop, The Dogg Pound with Daz Dillinger and Kurupt, and Wiz Khalifa and Warren G, 50 Cent and Eminem.

The Holographic 2Pac performed Hail Mary and 2 Of Amerika’s Most Wanted, bring joy and delight to not only Tupac fans, but to Afeni Shakur who approved the performance after being asked by the Doctor.

The Hologram, which was used for Mariah Carey in Europe, was also intended to bring Nate Dogg on stage, but Dre and Snoop decided to give Nate a video tribute instead.

This was definitely a sight for sore eyes and a sound for sore ears, for those who loved Tupac and all that he stood for.

Hopefully last night will remind the World just how much violence can rob not only a life, not only a family, but an entire World.

We Will Miss You Always Pac.

Remember me, as an Outcast Outlaw
Another album out that’s what I’m about, More
Gettin raw till the day I see my casket
Buried as a G while the whole world remembers me
Until the end of time

John Singleton Stars In “Daddy Daycare” The Director’s Cut posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 12, 2012

From Boyz N The Hood To Pops At The Grove

Boyz N’ The HoodDirector John Singleton was spotted at The Grove on Thursday having a lovely Father / Daughters day with his two daughters.  I’m sure he spent a pretty penny taking the two shopping, but why not.  Your children are precious, so you might as well spoil them.  It’s also great seeing John, who also directed Janet Jackson and Tupac Shakur in Poetic Justice, doing the full on family thing and enjoying himself while doing it.

John’s most recent work “Abduction” starred Twilight’s Taylor Lautner.  I wonder how his daughters must’ve felt when he brought them on set.  They must’ve been like “Dad, I didn’t know you were this cool“.  And John probably said to them “I Invented Cool

Biggie Biggie Biggie, Can’t You See… We Didn’t Want This To Be An Anniversary posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on March 9, 2012

Celebrate The Life... Regret And Mourn The Loss

Today Marks the 15 Year Anniversary of when Christopher Wallace, A.K.A. The Notorious B.I.G. A.K.A. Biggie Smalls was gunned down in front of the Petersen Automotive Museum off Fairfax and Wilshire in Los Angeles.

Wallace was attending the Vibe Magazine Soul Train Music Awards After-Party on Saturday Night, March 9th, 1997 when he was gunned down by an unknown assailant, who drove off into the night…. putting an end to the East Coast / West Coast Beef that culminated in the most tragic losses in Hip-Hop History… including Tupac’s Murder in Las Vegas after a Mike Tyson fight at the MGM Grand on September 7th, 1996.

And just as Dexter Isaac wrote a letter from jail admitting his responsibility for shooting Tupac at the Times Square Studios in 1994 on the 15 year anniversary of his death… Today, Retired Los Angeles Police Detective, Greg Kading announced that he knows who pulled the trigger in Biggie’s murder… The man in question is also deceased, dying from gunshot wounds.

For the sake of my safety, considering everybody knows my whereabouts at all times… I will not go any further into these claims and allegations.. you can search them all out yourself as many other sites have posted this information.

In the end, no amount of murder or case solving, or evidence or finger pointing will ever bring back our 2 Greatest Hip-Hop Artists of All Time, Tupac Shakur and Christopher Wallace.

In the end, our lesson to take from this is the fact that life is precious… and each individual and unique life happens only once, and once it is gone, it is gone for good.

R.I.P. B.I.G.
