The cops were nice enough to allow Snoop about 30 minutes to Enjoy the Mansion atop The Hollywood Hills at Sunset Plaza… Just enough time to Light Up A Blunt For The Howe Twins, Carla Howe & Melissa Howe, and to politik with Bishop Don Magic Juan and Too $hort, since The Party was Officially Shut Down before Snoop Even Arrived.

Yes, The time may have been short, but it was definitely memorable for 420.
