Damnit Lindsay !! It’s back… In The Slammer… Again !!!

Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break these days with her alcoholic / addictive genetics getting her into trouble once again.  Lindsay was arrested on Thursday at 4am as she attempted to flee the scene at Club Avenue in New York City.

According to details provided by local law enforcement, there was apparently some bickering going on between Lindsay and the alleged victim, which, as details provide, eventually led to Lindsay throwing the first punch.

By the time police arrived on the scene, Lindsay was the passenger of a car attempting to leave the scene, but Police intercepted the car and arrested Lindsay on the spot.

This is going to be tough for Lindsay, considering the fact that she’s about to be formally charged for lying to police about her car accident in June on the Pacific Coast Highway, for telling police she was a passenger, when she has been determined to be the driver.

This girl just seems to enjoy violating probation left and right.  Not a good look to start fights at a time like this.

Pretty soon, her number of arrests are about to hit the Double Digits !!

Time For This Fine Lady To Stay In California

Joanna Krupa was G-Spotted last night.  In other words, she was spotted by my boy G-Hollywood as she was getting pulled over by the LAPD last night in Hollywood near the intersection of Fairfax and Sunset Blvd.  Joanna was pulled over for having  Florida license plates and her registration on those plates were expired.  While she may not have sweated her freedom as much as YB did,  nobody likes getting pulled over by the blue and red lights or hearing those sirens.

Joanna was basically let go with a fix-it ticket.  She has to convert the registration for her vehicle over to the State of California and have her vehicle’s and its new registration inspected.  It’s fine by us that she decides to stay in Cali, as she should.

Interesting Fact: Florida is officially nicknamed “The Sunshine State“… but somehow, California has begun to usurp that title, likely due to Tupac’s 1996 hit, “California Love” in which Dr. Dre says

“We in the Sunshine State where that bomb a$$ hemp be

A State where you’ll never find a dance floor empty”

So now, it’s looking like Florida and California won’t still just be fighting over the nickname “The Sunshine State”, but they’re also going to be fighting over where Joanna Krupa decides to register her vehicle.  Let’s hope she makes the right decision.

Fight The Power... We've got to Fight The Powers That Be

My man Flavor Flav got some problems.  First he had to remove himself from business ties to a failed Fried Chicken Restaurant that just opened.  I guess they didn’t have enough Flavor for him.

But now my dawg just got arrested in Vegas on some outstanding traffic warrants.. Aint that about a beeyoch !!

He was apparently pulled over for a routine traffic stop, but the officer noticed he had four outstanding warrants on his record, all stemming from traffic violations, so he decided to take Flavor in.

Flav went to his twitter and claimed that he was pulled over by a rookie cop that just wanted to make a name for himself. We’ve heard of these things before in Vegas, so I wouldn’t doubt he may have a point there when it comes to celebs and the Las Vegas police force.

At least he took it in stride… he’s got a nice smile on his mug shot.  And he got to clear up his record.  Now my boy can finally drive in peace.

My man Antoine Dodson got arrested in Alabama this morning for marijuana possession in Alabama this morning. Alabama and the south are no joke, their weed laws are way stricter than out here in California, let me warn ya. Especially if you’re a black man, you know the poh-pohs is out to getchya, and get Antoine they did. He was charged with misdemeanor possession, as well as some other misdemeanors for a few prior traffic violations. Sucks for dude to get arrested on this just 3 days after 420 !! And not to mention that the perpetrator who tried to attack his sister is still on the loose.

You should've stuck with that as a necklace Lindsay

Lindsay Lohan went to the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles today for the umpteenth time.  Her necklace incident got reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor but it was still a violation of her probation stemming from her first or 2nd or whatever DUI it was.

So now she’s being shipped off to the Lynwood County Jail for Women again, a place that Lindsay should be able to call home now, since she’s a regular visitor.

It’s really unfortunate that this should go down, because she just got the role in the new Gotti film, but all of that is now questionable. But who knows, maybe being in the klinker can give her a few more tips on what it’s like to be a genuine Gotti.

I’ll tell you this.  I remember back in 2007, when it was my old TMZ days, I witnessed Lindsay and her assistant at the time, Jazz, driving hella crazy around Malibu and on the Pacific Coast Highway.  Later that evening, I was told they were driving almost 140 mph trying to dodge the paparazzi.

Now mind you, I understand paparazzi / celebrity chases are no good.  But that doesn’t mean the celebrity should drive over 100 miles per hour just to avoid the photogs, cause they unfortunately will follow in a high speed pursuit, exponentially increasing such a dangerous activity.

I wrote in my shoot report with my footage that we should say something in the web post to warn her of how dangerous this type of activity on public roads would be to both herself and others.  TMZ being the non-insightful and non-prophetic people that they are, chose not to write my suggestion in the post.

The next evening was her 2007 DUI arrest after her high speed chase on PCH.
