I guess this is just Fergie and 1Oak’s Year of Alliance for 2012, cause not only did Fergie join forces with 1Oak to bring in the New Year of 2012, but now Fergie’s bringing in a new year of her life with 1Oak as well.
The Black Eyed Peas Singin Hottie celebrated her B-Day Vegas Style at 1Oak in the Mirage Casino & Hotel in Vegas and partied it up with not only her own peeps, but a few peeps that stopped by from the Michael Jordan Invitational Gala at Aria as well.
Neo Of The Don-A-Matrix... Fergie's Fitness Trainer Don Brooks
Fergie partied with hubby Josh Duhamel, Pit Bull, Ne-Yo and Michael Jordan at the Club that just won’t quit. She also brought down some lovely family females as well, like her sis Dana, some fine cousin, and a few other fine ladies. And of course since Fergie’s gotta keep her Fitness on… She even brought down her fave trainer Don Brooks to see the Club Night Thru.
And she def looked damn good doin it too, displaying damn near every color in the spectrum.
I guess it’s just to complement the dynamic of the artist’s soul.

Meet Don Brooks… Physical Trainer Extraordinaire To The Stars. And he enlisted the help of one of his favest of clients… Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson of the Black Eyed Peas to help launch his Don-A-Matrix Training Program on St. Patrick’s Day at Confidential in Beverly Hills, and the place was so lit up in Green… You would think it was time to “Go” up in this beeyoch.

And of course the guests of honor were wearing their green, and drinking green as ladies passed around glasses of “The Ferguson” which is Fergie’s Green themed drink with a little Voli Light Vodka, the main sponsor of the evening’s event.
The Event also brought out Adrienne Maloof, Ryan Phillippe’s maybe baby mama Alexis Knapp and Jade Cole. And Fergie made it a Family Affair by bringing her hubby Josh Duhamel and her sister Dana Ferguson, both of whom also hung out on the Red Carpet with Fergie Ferg and Don-A-Matrix.
And believe that the “Don-A-Matrix” program is about to bust the fitness world wide open… with his very own specialty menu offered at Chin-Chin Restaurants to help keep off the fat, keep on the fit, and flavoring your taste buds as well.
And let Fergie’s Fergalicious Fitness be the Testament To the power of the Don-A-Matrix.

To Bee… Or Not To Bee… That Is The Question
So I was just rollin round Beverly Hills last night, when I saw a Transformers “Bumblebee” style Camaro being parked by Valet, with a huge Bow on it, as if it were a gift. I figured that would be loads of fun, since most people only see stuff like that on Lexus commercials for Christmas.
The car was parked right in front of Antonio Sabato Jr.’s Restaurant, Prego, which is right up the street from Mr. Chow’s on Camden. As it turns out, it was a young man’s 18th Birthday by the name of Zhobin Sadeghi. And while the entire family and extended family were celebrating inside, Valet was pulling up Zhobin’s Surprise.
As any person would, he came out elated with his gift, and it because an even greater celebration for the family in the streets. One of my TMZ homeys was there and the family was so excited about the possibility of their celebration airing on television, they began chanting their domain letters as Zhobin drove off.
When I asked Zhobin’s mother, Margan why she chose to get her son such an incredible 18th Birthday Gift, she simply stated with a huge smile of joy on her face, “Because He Is Such A Good Boy“.

A few hours later into the evening, Michael Bay, Director of the Transformers Film Franchise, just so happen to be doing a little celebrating of his own at The Beverly In West Hollywood, but we’ll get back to his celebrations more a little later…
So I decided to ask him as we caught up with him leaving in his Bentley Coupe, if he thinks an 18 year old should get a Bumblebee Camaro for his Birthday. His answer was “No, You should actually work for your car like I did when I was a kid“. He then added, “Parents shouldn’t buy their kids cars”. I asked him why he felt that way, and if it was because it’s too dangerous. He said “Yes“. You can see this conversation at 3m:30s into the video clip below
Well, Margan Sadeghi, owner of Panache Coiffure & Panache Kids Hair Salon on Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, says that Michael Bay should take responsibility for his own actions.
The Mother and Beauty Entrepreneur said in her defense “How can he speak this way when the popularity of these cars amongst young men, are because of the films he makes“.
I def think she has a point there.

Right now it’s looking like Australia is the only country in this world that hasn’t been completely taken over by Bieber Fever, cause it’s looking like the Usher’s Boy Wonder isn’t getting the same kind of love that he does here in the states, or anywhere else for that matter.
First Sydney, Australia greeted Bieber with some “Biebster Eggs“, but now he got into a bit of trouble on a Qantas flight out of Sydney. He was apparently chattin it up with his entourage in coach, and became such a nuisance to one of the stewardesses on board, that Justin straight was deemed a “Flight Risk” for causing so much commotion for “Behaving Like A Child.
Hey there lady… Do you know who you’re talking to? I guess a Qantas flight is the one place in the world where celebrities aren’t getting preferential treatment.
Bravo Qantas, stop letting these children get away with murder.
It will be interesting to see how the absence of Megan Fox will impact Box-Office numbers for the blockbuster franchise.
I guess we will have to wait till July 1st, 2011 to see the results. Only then, will we truly understand Megan Fox’s X-Factor… or shall I say the Fox-Factor
Still going strong.. Strong enough to meet the makers of their son
Jason Statham is such a tough guy, that it’s actually quite surprising to see him with such a hottie like Rosie-Huntington Whitely. Actually, they’ve been dating for well over a year and it’s still surprising. The amazing part is, he actually smiles a whole heckuva lot more, as seen in the picture above. ^
And why wouldn’t he? She’s about to be the next Megan Fox in Transformers 3, and she’s probably the hottest chick she’s ever dated, and she’s willing to put up with his hefty attitude and his occasional martial arts practices, where he might accidentally give her a swift kick across the hip.
But things are getting so serious that the two were spotted having lunch with Jason’s parents at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu, California over the weekend. But ya know, judging by the fact that they’ve been together for over a year, I don’t think this would have to necessarily be Rosie’s first time meeting the parents.
Either which way, at least we know it’s serious.

Fergamel Indeed Continues To Relieve Those Who Are In Need
Hotzpotz Couples Night #4: Last we saw of Fergamel, they were at the Relief Run in Santa Monica for The Red Cross as well, benefiting those victimized by the Earthquake and Tsunami that ravaged Japan. It was Fergie’s birthday and they definitely seemed to have a lot of fun in their charitable offerings, not to mention the fact that Josh couldn’t keep his eyes off of Fergie’s behind. Now we catch them helping the Red Cross yet again for their “Red Tie Affair” held at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, California. Is it me or does it seem like this Hotel has been getting a lot of major action lately?
And just like the Relief Run, Fergamel saw some help from another celebrity friend of theirs yet again… Ms. Paris Hilton
Work it girl... For a good cause
It’s awesome to see more celebrities and celebrity couples leveraging their fame to encourage the masses to benefit our world for the greater good.
Let’s keep it up and continue to make this world a better place… After all, it’s the only one we’ve got, and we all have to live in it

Fergamel: Josh smilin' so hard at Fergie's a$$, we can see it from the back
We spotted “Fergamel” this Sunday… That’s Fergamel as in Fergie and Josh Duhamel, yeah, I coined the name so if you use me you owe me some loot.
Anywho, Josh was hosting the Relief Run for the American Red Cross to benefit victims of the Tsunami in Japan in Santa Monica, California.
Before the race began though, Josh let us know what really keeps him happy through all his Blackberry/Airplane drama…
Fergie’s Fergalicious bootay!!
Yeah, dude’s smilin so hard we can see it from the back, it’s like a new earring.
But props to the happy couple, as Fergie spent her birthday 36th birthday shakin’ that moneymaker to help those lives affected by the tragic earthquake and tsunami on March 11th.
Paris and Nicky Hilton also came out to show their support for the stricken nation.
