Miley Cyrus didn’t think she’s Been Freakin’ The World Out Enough…

So she Got Rid of her Eyebrows.  I guess she has this infatuation with Monsters or something.  So the Hannah Montana Monster Bleached her eyebrows… just to test the Waters.

Lucky for her she has the ability to color them back really soon.  Cause she looks like a Big Toe.
