A newly Blonde Beyonce and Jay-Z were spotted at L’Avenue restaurant in Paris today, having dinner to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Now the two were married on 4/4/08, but were unable to celebrate until 4/20, I wonder why that is?
I guess if you’re gonna celebrate, right place… right time
