So lucky this dude happen to have a GoPro camera strapped around his neck.. rolling film just in time to capture a SmartPhone thief trying to snatch his phone while he paid his parking meter… just before the assailant ran off into a real life Parkour Obstacle course… only to fail in the worst possible way imaginable.
