The Shannon Twins were spotted heading to 24 Hour Fitness last night.  We heard they took a Spin Class that was damn near 2 hours long !!

Holy goodness ladies, that’s a whole lotta workin out goin on.  I guess endurance must be built for all those stage performances they’ll be having as “Alter Ego“, beginning with New Year’s Eve 2012 at Colony in Hollywood.

We also hear these Twins have a couple tricks up their sleeve for the New Year.  But I guess we’ll have to wait until after Karissa and Kristina count down to Midnight.
