Yes, The Reports were True. Snoop Dogg / Snoop Lion had an All-Day and All-Night 4/20 Party Planned at a Hollywood Hills Mansion at the Top of Sunset Plaza.
But Cops started showing up around 2pm due to Neighbors Complaining of Noise and Partygoers parking along the Narrow Roads of Sunset Plaza Road’s Highest Altitudes.
So 80% of the Party was asked to Leave before Snoop Even Got There !! When he Finally did show, he was given about Half An Hour to Hold Chuuch with The Howe Twins, Carla Howe & Melissa Howe, Too $hort, Bishop Don Magic Juan, and a Select Few… Like SunOfHollywood.com

BMI’s Annual party at Hollywood’s Pantages Theater honored Calvin Broadus, better known to the world for the last 20 years as Snoop Dogg(y Dogg). The award was presented to him by none other than Chronic producer, and considered the best producer in Hip-Hop history… Dr. Dre.
