And there was a whole lotta Strippin’ goin on cause he grubbed up on some beefy steaks at Strip House in the Planet Hollywood Casino Hotel, which Ahnuld is also of course a Co-Owner along with Bruce Willis, Demi Moore and Sylvester Stallone. Kris Herzog and Big Rob Show they have the Muscle Mass To Guard Any Celebrity Body
We’ll Just have to call em “Kris-mas Gifts”
We caught up with Famed Bodyguard, Kris Herzog at Mel’s Diner in Hollywood this weekend, catching a late night Christmas Dinner with 43… yes count that… 43 Navy Seal & Special Forces members & their families, for which Kris picked up the tab on. And judging by the size of dude’s Torso, he can pick up a check way bigger than 43 Navy Seals.
Apparently the Seals were just back from Combat, and work off duty for Kris’s BodyGuard Group as Celebrity Bodyguards. Kris was kind enough to take time away from being the Patriarch of the Early Christmas Dinner to discuss a few topics that are hot on the presses… Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson and Herman Cain… amongst a few other subject matters of course. What you think that’s all we care about ???
And Kris decided to let a few cats out of the proverbial bag, discussing his time with Oksana and regretting ever being “intimate” with her. He also shared with us why it is that Oksana was foolish enough to pass up on a $15 Million Dollar settlement from Mad Max, only to get a later settlement of 5% of that in the amount of a paltry $750,000. Don’t get me wrong, 750k is nothing to sneeze at… But damn that’s gotta hurt when you could have had $14,250,000.00 more. And of course, it all came down to a greedy nerdy attorney. Damn you fool !! You just hurt the overall Economy of the Hollywood Industry and took food out of Baby Lucia’s mouth !!!!
Kris, who was recently dressed as Santa Claus giving away thousands of dollars in gifts to Navy Seal Families, let us know that him and Mel are on good terms, especially since Mel has known Kris’s dad for 40 years, the original owner of The Bodyguard Group, which specializes in giving Celebrities free security from trained professionals.
But back onto this SunOfHollywood.com Exclusive Interview, Kris also talked about former Presidential hopeful Herman Cain. And he even went so far as to praise the man, and show reverence for his character, and that dude just had a few shortcomings, like how much he likes “the Pu$$y”… Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

As we mentioned earlier, VocalizeU.com launched their online app for a Virtual Recording Studio last night at the Rolling Stone Lounge.
The event was hosted by Natasha Bedingfield and featured performances by Bren, Justin Timberlake’s newly signed artist.

Oksana Grigorieva... The Queen Of Vocal Recordings

But she did make a rare appearance to show up to VocalizeU.com’s App Launch Party at Rolling Stone Lounge in Hollywood.
Hey, if it’s one thing we know about Oksana Grigorieva, she’s definitely someone who could benefit from VocalizeU’s Application, which is a Virtual Vocal Recording Studio, which also includes many other features like Vocal Training.
We all know the whole Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva and Baby Lucia Hooplah was kicked off from those nasty audio tapes Oksana released to the media about Mel’s harassing phone calls. If she was to do it all over again, Oksana could’ve received Vocal Training on Mel’s continuing phone calls, and they could have been developed into better vocal product with each subsequent phone call.

Oksana Grigorieva swarmed by paparazzi leaving Court after custody settlement with Mel Gibson.
Mel Gibson will pay $750,000 to his ex-girlfriend and continue to provide housing and financial support for their young daughter to resolve a bitter legal fight that followed sexist, racist rants attributed to the actor. The dollar amount is a huge dropp from the reported $15 Million That Oksana could have walked away with last year, but refused.
The settlement disclosed Wednesday is intended to end the bickering and accusations that have permeated the case handled in mostly secret proceedings for more than a year, Superior Court Judge Peter Lichtman said.
Gibson’s payments to Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva are dependent on a lasting truce.
As part of the agreement, their daughter will receive support equal to what the actor-director provides for his other seven children. The former couple will split custody of the girl, who turns 2 in late October.
In addition, Gibson will keep paying for a multimillion dollar house he purchased for Grigorieva and their daughter. The house will be sold when the girl turns 18 and she will receive the proceeds.
As a result of the settlement, Grigorieva cannot pursue a civil case against the Oscar winner, and both sides were ordered not to speak or write about their relationship or allegations of domestic abuse.
Lichtman specifically said neither side could release any audio recordings, an apparent reference to the series of rants that were leaked to the celebrity website RadarOnline.com.
“You look like a (expletive) bitch in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of (N-word), it will be your fault,” the voice is heard telling Grigorieva in one tape. “You provoked it. You are provocatively dressed.”
In another snippet released by the website, Grigorieva is heard describing how Gibson hit her in the face, and she questions his manhood. The response: “You know what, you … (expletive) deserved it!”
Gibson has never publicly discussed the recordings and his attorneys did not refute they were the actor during a May court hearing in which Grigorieva agreed not to introduce them as evidence in the custody case.
Grigorieva’s payments were divided into thirds, with the final payment occurring in 2016 if the agreement is not breached.
Gibson spoke a handful of times during the hearing, mainly to acknowledge he understood terms of the settlement.
“I’d like to say thanks your honor for bringing this matter to a reasonable conclusion,” the “Braveheart” star said.
Grigorieva also thanked the judge and said she hoped the resolution meant Gibson’s career could resume.
She previously accused Gibson of striking her during a fight in January 2010, and the actor-director pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor domestic battery earlier this year.
Sheriff’s detectives also investigated Gibson’s claims that Grigorieva attempted to extort him, but prosecutors declined to file charges.
Gibson’s attorneys are still working to finalize his divorce from his wife of nearly 28 years.
Laura Wasser, who represents Gibson’s wife Robyn, told a judge Tuesday that they were putting the finishing touches on the divorce judgment and it should be completed in a few weeks.

We were all hanging out, waiting on Rosie Huffington-Whitely to finish getting her hair did, when suddenly, half a block down the street on Civic Center Dr., a Black SUV pulled up and dropped off someone who looked like he could’ve been Big Bird’s Long Lost Red Twin Brother, full feather outfit with Red-Lipped Frames, no lenses of course for easy access.

Next thing I knew, about 15 dudes just started running, Braveheart Charge Style… on this quiet calm street in Beverly Hills. Once we entered the front door of this unassuming building in a quiet neighborhood, was a room filled with more energy than a Supernova. We’re talking folks wearing 80′s aerobics outfits, music blastin’, the whole room shakin’, and everybody’s just amazed at the energy of the “Wall Of Intrusion” collding worlds with none other than the most Flamboyant Fitness Guru of all time !!!
I swear to you, the short 60 seconds we were in there, felt like the Damn Twilight Zone… I seriously thought to myself “What the Heck did I just walk into?“ It was absolute madness.

Dude was the best. His energy at nearly 73 years young is absolutely unparalleled… And what a happy dude too. Just his cheerful energy and that of his happy students couldn’t help but bring a smile on my face, and knock down any gloomy life cloud I may have had in that moment.
He was also kind enough to invite us all back for a free workout, and I may just have to take him up on his offer, while bringin’ it to you live.
