Kim Kardashian was rushed to a doctor in Los Angeles on Tuesday night when she feared she was having a miscarriage after returning from Paris fashion week, Page Six can exclusively reveal. And while it was fortunately a false alarm, Kim has now been ordered by her doctors to stop overdoing it and get more rest.
The four-months-pregnant reality star flew to Paris on Sunday to join baby-daddy Kanye West at a Givenchy show and dinner after, with guests including Frank Ocean and designer Riccardo Tisci.
But sources say that when the E! star arrived back in LA on Tuesday, she was immediately rushed to her doctor in tears.
“Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris, and called friends as soon as she landed,” an insider said. “She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.”
Luckily she and the baby were fine, and Kardashian was sent home at 12:30 a.m. after she was examined and given the all-clear. But doctors told her she’s working and exercising too hard, and gave her a stern warning to rest.
“Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy,” says a source. “She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.”
The source added that Kardashian — who’s been photographed obsessively working out while expecting — has been desperately trying to tame her figure amid public criticism that she’s ballooning.
“She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south,” the source said. “But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.”
Meanwhile, Kim’s rapper beau West was busy swanning around Paris on Tuesday at a black-tie bash for Carine Roitfeld’s CR Fashion Book with Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Moss, Jessica Chastain, Jessica Alba, Amanda Seyfried, Nicole Richie and Karlie Kloss.
Hopefully this girl finally decides to slow it down for something more important than this fake azz Industry

The Leader Of The Socialite Ladies Leads The Way For The Family To Play
The Socialite ladies of Hollywood had a Divas night out last night.
Paris Hilton was joined with Nicole Richie and Samantha Ronson and her twin, Charlotte Ronson. The Socialite Quartet was spotted at Il Sole in Hollywood, to launch Charlotte’s make up and hair care line, Charlotte Ronson Beauty, which will be sold exclusively through Sephora stores. The Ronsons Sisters and Simple Life Sisters were also joined by another well known pair of sisters, Rashida and Kidada Jones, daughters of Musical Great, Quincy Jones. And of course, if you don’t remember, Kidada was the bride to be for our Fallen Legend, Tupac Shakur.
After the launch festivities were over, the group headed off to Chateau Marmont to end their evening with some late night mingling.
There’s even rumors that Lindsay Lohan may have joined them. Considering the fact that Lindsay and Paris are homies again, and with the Simple Life sisters hanging with Samantha and Charlotte, all it needs is Lindsay and they’re one big happy family all over again.

Yes, Gladstones, the famed Seafood Restaurant. Gladstones has now been taken over by Hollywood’s Infamous SBE, owned by Sam Nazarian, and Friday’s promoter is Martin Entertainment. This is basically Malibu’s one and only club every Friday night, and it’s def on and poppin.
Paris, Lindsay and Nicky came from Paris’s Malibu Beach Summer Pad before heading to the Fish spot / Hotzpot. And it’s starting to look like there’s a Hollywood Female Socialite Alliance forming, with the Hilton sisters at the center of it all, after hanging with Ashlee Simpson just days ago.

But sadly the night had to be disrupted by violence, when one man was caught off guard from behind by two assailants who were later arrested for assault.
