Kirstie Alley took to her Twitter to express her disgust to the Television Commercial Advertising of Psychotropic Drugs, with side effects as severe as Death & Suicide. Her concerns were even published on RadarOnline.com

The Busy man said that Vegas was “Just Too Much” for him. He’s a Family Man Now. No More N’Sync, as of right now. Justin Timberlake is focused on that Suit & Tie Tour with Jay-Z.

In Loving Memory And In Honor Of Our Dear And Great Friend… Chris Guerra posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on January 13, 2013

You Will Never Be Forgotten. And Every Day We Live Will Be In Honor And Remembrance Of You... Our Dear Friend Chris Guerra

On New Year’s Day, I had just written a New Year’s Post… And In It, I gave emphasis to the hope of turning our World around.

Just a few hours later… I was a recipient of the Sudden and Tragic News , that none were able to properly confirm at the time… but that we had all hoped that there must have been some mistake. That it couldn’t be him.

We heard news that our Dear Friend Chris Guerra lost his life in pursuit of photos of Justin Bieber after his Ferrari was stopped by California Highway Patrol. Chris of course tried to get a shot of the routine stop, a risk that i’m sure he did not foresee would cost him his life.

After the officer asked for Chris to return to his Vehicle, he was struck by an SUV, an event that took Chris away from us on this Earth and his Loved Ones.

Since then, I have seen this Realm of Entertainment News Media and the people involved do some of the most shameful, and also some of the most Honorable things I have ever seen or expected from the people in this Business.

In Life... Few Could Be Happier Than Chris Living Out His Passion... And Being With Good Friends

One of our close friends was blessed enough to be the last person that Chris spoke to before leaving this Earth. Chris told him, just 30 minutes before he died, that he had seen Justin Bieber smoking what he believed to be a Marijuana Pipe, while driving his Ferrari, and that his intent was to capture an image of this. The pursuit of this goal is what shortly thereafter took his life. An event that all of us who were lucky enough to call Chris “Friend” wished we could just turn around, or prevent. But there is no turning back. 12 days has passed, and Chris is still no longer with us.

Our friend was interviewed by TMZ Live, where he told Harvey Levin that Chris was in pursuit of these photos. Less than 24 hours later, Bieber’s Camp released a statement through TMZ, stating that Chris “Absolutely Lied” about Bieber smoking pot. Less than 48 hours after that, TMZ published photos of Bieber smoking what appeared to be a Blunt full of the sticky green.

While some people out there thought “Big Deal… He’s just smoking Pot”… My answer is.. Well, it’s not a big deal that Bieber smoked pot. I’m actually inclined to believe, and I have also heard through my sources that he is in fact involved with a lot more than the Chronic. But it is the fact that he lied about a Good man, who was only being completely honest about what he saw, who tragically lost his life the day before… That is what is Evil. That they were willing to assassinate the character of a good and honest man who tragically lost his life… willing to defame a man who couldn’t defend himself… all to perpetuate your money making public image.. which turned out to be nothing but a facade. that is what is immoral.

But Chris’s name has already been vindicated. But he is still no longer with us.

Just this past Thursday, His family laid his body to rest. This actually might not have been possible if not for the help of Hollywood’s Ultimate Bad Boy… Charlie Sheen, who donated $12,000 to Chris’s family. His statement is one of the most honorable statements I would have ever imagined to come from Charlie. He simply said:

“A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It’s an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future. As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved. “

Thank you Charlie for Honoring our Friend and his Family. But let me also mention, that it was Chris’s friends, who would be categorized as “Celebrity Photographers” and “Papparazzi” that had already raised over $10,000 to give to Chris’s family, who will never see New Year’s the same again. Bringing a grand total of Nearly $30,000 raised in just over a week… by the same people that would be Vilified by the public and the Media.. Just as they tried to do Chris. Who are the Good Guys now ? And who’s the Bad Guys ? If anything, I hope Chris can see that the loss of him here on this Earth has brought out such Great Humanity and Heartwarming circumstances surrounding his family, and his closest friends. I can only hope that he can see that we have done our best, to try our best… to make sure that not all is lost with him gone.

Chris Guerra... He Now Has His Angel Wings... Guaranteed. And He Is Watching Over All Those He Loved While Here On Earth

I could sit here all day long and debate about the Ethics behind the Entertainment Industry… and the events that led to this. None of those words or arguments are going to bring our friend Chris Guerra back. And I have given my Website a Moment of Silence since his passing… all the way until this Post in Memory of Him… Because how could I discuss anything of such meaningless importance, when our Dear Friend Lost his Life for No Real Reason. I have even been reminded of my own Mortality here.. seeing that our friend was full of life one moment… and gone forever the next.

In just a few days I will be leaving Los Angeles.. on a Road Trip back to my 2nd Home.. Las Vegas… And From there, I will be meeting with other friends to head to Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. A place that Chris loved and visited the last 5 years in a row.

Chris was supposed to accompany me on this trip from the moment I was to leave Los Angeles. It will be a difficult time for all of us within our tightly knit circle of friends… to try and handle our “business as usual” knowing the business took our friends life… knowing that he can no longer be with us.

It is difficult knowing all the things that we are all involved in… that Chris himself was also supposed to be a part of… but he is no longer with us. He has now transformed and transcended this physical realm… Where he looks at us from the other side of computer screens from online news clippings and from telecasts about the incident. Yet the goodness of his soul is nowhere to be found on Earth anymore.

And that is why it is my vow to make sure that Chris Guerra is remembered the way he deserves. As the great friend he always was to all who were close to him. He was a selfless person who always kept his thoughts towards others in High Regard. He was a great man. A good friend. And he was a Great Son, Brother and Boyfriend to his Girlfriend. He was the kind of person that our World needs… and that our World sees so few of these days. He’s not the kind of person that anybody would have wanted to see leave this World that so desperately needs people like him.

Everytime I’m in Vegas… I visit my friend who has a wife and 2 daughters, ages 4 and 8. When I’m there, I hang out on a couch that Chris helped my friend move in, along with the rest of his furniture in his home. How often do you ask friends to help you move and they pretend you don’t exist? Not Chris. I wish the public knew how much these 2 girls miss their Uncle Chris, and how hard it is for their parents to explain to them that he is in Heaven now with God, and that he won’t be coming back.

If I ever live to see my 60′s, 70′s or 80′s… I will look back on our friend who was unable to see past January 1st, 2013.

But I will look back and say one thing. The one thing my friend told me that day.. after we knew Chris was gone for good….

So far so good. Our Planet is still in Tact. No fragments of Earth in Space that we have to jump around on with the deep void of cold outer space around us.

It is December 21st, 2012 and we are all still able to live and breathe on Planet Earth. Let Today be the day we finally “dead” our past, and move on to brighter futures.

If recent events have not shown you already… We As A People Are Losing The War Over Ourselves !! We Are Losing Left And Right.

It is now Our Responsibility to start taking Stands… And I Mean Serious Stands for What Is Right. And if you don’t know what that is.. then let your first job be seeking after Truth and Knowledge.

Life is a Gift. We were All thrown into this same one World and we will each have to depart from it one day.. Either Individually… or as a Whole the next time we try to predict a Doomsday… Or Even Worse… If the Doomsday Is By Our Own Hands.

Don’t Get It Twisted. These Are Still Very Clearly The Last Days. So Save Your Soul.

Cause It’s The Only Thing You’re Taking With You.

Brooke Burke-Charvet underwent a successful Thyroidectomy on Wednesday, and let her fans know by tweeting to the World as soon as it was done.

“I’m resting, recovering,” she tweeted Thursday, a day after her operation. “Surgery went well. Dr Adashek is a genius. Thx Dr! Feels like I got hit [by] a car “ “Thank God it’s over, I’m clean, surgery went well & I can talk. Losing My voice was my biggest fear. Thx for all your prayers & light.”

Brooke, who was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer earlier this year, later posted a photo of herself on her Whosay page giving cancer an obscene gesture with a ringed middle finger, along with the caption, “Made it through my surgery, Thank God! so far so good F#@k Cancer! I’m recovering, I’m strong, I’m grateful for my brilliant Doctors.”

He went to Las Vegas with his Boys. Him and his Dudes rolled to Tao in the Venetian, and actually shared the Evening’s Hosting Duties with Marc Anthony who was celebrating his Birthday. Mario and Bros. also went to Tao Beach on Friday.

Maxim Magazine was also in the House, revealing their Top 10 Finalists for their Hometown Hotties 2013 Competition, which some of our peeps entered in, like Gabrielle Loren.

But an interesting tidbit… Mario’s Former, Ms. Karina Smirnoff was also in town for some Dancing With The Stars work with this season’s partner Apolo Ohno. Ironically she was also staying at the Palazzo in the Venetian.
