Michael Jordan Gets Dunked On By Paternity Suit !!! posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on March 1, 2013

Even for One of Sports Greatest Legends... It's Not Always Fun & Games

Basketball Legend Michael Jordan has just been slapped with a Paternity Suit by Pamela Smith, who claims he fathered her son, Grant Pierce Jay Jordan Reynolds – a.k.a. Taj – Born June of 1996 after she claims she had sex with Jordan in 1995.

She is asking for a paternity test to prove he’s the father and asking for child support and medical expenses.  Chances are she’s also gonna want back child support… so if it does in fact turn out Michael is the Father… He’s gonna owe the fam a pretty penny.  But I guess we’ll have to see what happens with this test.

Pamela Smith and Michael Jordan... Pre-Taj

Seems these problems are slightly disruptive to MJ 23′s personal life, considering he was married to Juanita Vanoy at the time the alleged baby-making romp went down… and he’s also set to marry Yvette Prieto (pictured above) in April.

Taj also posted a YouTube Video in December claiming Michael Jordan is in fact his Father.

Rough enough your 2nd return from retirement Tarnished a Once Untarnished Legacy… which is now long gone… but add to that you now have some women making baby daddy claims !!

Life is Rough… Even for the Greatest Basketball Player of All Time

Lindsay Lohan Wants To Get Beat By Chris Brown… I Mean, Meet Chris Brown posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on August 30, 2011

I Think Lindsay Lohan Has Taken Too Many Blows To The Head... And Is Begging For More

Lindsay Lohan looks like she may have done one too many pharmaceuticals this week !

After praising Chris Brown’s performance, which Jay-Z refused to recognize, Lindsay sent the following statement from her Twitter:

Dumb

And it looks like she was thinking about Chris’s performance all night long, cause then she decided to ask him the following day, also via Twitter:

And Dumber

If Rihanna is Lindsay’s Idol, I think she should go about it a different way.  I don’t know about you, but Lindsay’s antics in the past few years have definitely begged the question as to whether or not the Trainwreck has a screw loose… And she’s proven it now that she wants to screw a loser.

Don’t get me wrong.  Chris Brown is in fact a very talented man.. in more ways than one.  But dude really needs to stop acting like a kid who was privileged and praised since a child who never learned how to mature into a man.

Until then, I kinda feel sorry for “LiLonely“.  She doesn’t know which gender to go for, she has no jobs, and she looks like she’s losing all her physical features to health deteriorating substances.  That with lawsuits against Pitbull for Freedom of Expression, it really looks like Lindsay has completely spiraled out of control.

While some new couples trade vows… These two can trade Rap sheets.  And I’m not talking about Lyrics.

Tobey Maguire Sued For Waxing A$$ In Underground A-List Poker Ring posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on June 22, 2011

Better Watch Out For His Spidey Hand

Tobey Maguire is one of many high profile celebrities that is being sued for waxing a$$ in an underground poker ring that could have cost one Hedge Fund Manager nearly $25 Million Dollars in Embezzled Investor Money.

Brad Ruderman, who is currently serving time in a Texas Jail until 2018 for being convicted on two counts of wire fraud and two counts of investment adviser fraud, apparently took part in this illegal Poker ring that included A-list actors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and King Of Sleeze, Rick Salomon. Brad, who was CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners in Beverly Hills apparently lost millions of dollars in his investors money and now lawyers for the clients whose funds he embezzled are filing a series of civil suits against those who won big in the illegal poker dens, in the hope of recouping some of their lost savings.

Tobey’s legal team is trying to defend themselves by proving the games were not illegal, even though it is against California Law to gamble for money in underground Poker Games.

Word on the street is that Tobey has a mean Poker hand, winning up to $1-$2 Million Dollars a month in the rings… Holy Pokeroni Spider-Man !!

The games were secretly held at various locations like The Beverly Hills Hotel, Four Seasons and Johnny Depp’s The Viper Room, where River Phoenix saw his demise in 1993.  The games were so high stakes, that fully armed security manned their doors.

Alls I gotta say is, good luck trying to recover those losses.  This should just be a lesson to all those people out there to stop putting the trust of their financial well-being and decisions in the hands of others.

Who Will Have To Cough Up A Quarter Mill? Sean Stewart Or Fiancee Chantell Kendall posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on May 9, 2011
Share

Either one of yous, or Botha yous needs to give me a Quarter Million Dollars !!

Sean Stewart, son of Rod Stewart, just found himself in the middle of a legal mess that could cost either him, or his fiancee Chantell Kendall (pictured above) a Quarter Million Dollars for a car rental !! Yikes… You should’ve gone Budget.

The two careless lovebirds rented a Bentley, well, at least Chantell did and apparently it’s looking like she didn’t take out a rental insurance policy, because somebody totalled the Bentley in Hollywood on Sunset Blvd, near the star studded BOA Steakhouse, causing a $145,000 loss to the rental company.

In addition, the rental company is asking for an addition $70,000 in damages for lost revenue on the vehicle while it was being replaced.

Right now, the issue is who was driving the Bentley?  The lawsuit filed in April claims that Sean was the one driving the car back in September of 2010.  However, a rep for Sean contends that a “female” was driving the car at the time of the incident, and that Sean was merely a passenger.  Which female is this?  If it was Chantell, don’t you think they would’ve said so?  Who is this mystery woman?

Chantell Kendall seems to be having a Marilyn Monroe moment... Only in black.. .

In the end, somebody’s gonna be responsible for a hefty sum if there was no insurance policy taken out, and that’s a lotta loot for a Daggone rental.  Hell, you coulda got a Bentley for that much… hehe..  And that’s really gonna suck for two newlyweds, unless good ole daddy comes to the rescue.

That’s a lot of money that could’ve gone to the wedding, or for a baby gift for Sean’s sister, Kim Stewart, who recently announced her pregnancy with Benicio Del Toro to be the father.  That makes Benicio’s child soon to be Rod Stewarts grandchild.

Now that is a spawn I’m looking forward to meeting.  Just call it a special child.

Apple Sues Samsung Over iPhone and iPad Similarities posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 20, 2011
Share

If you ask me, they look like twins

Apple filed a lawsuit against Samsung claiming copyright, trademark and patent infringement from its Galaxy line of phones and tablets, claiming they are too similar to the design and operating system phone in Apple’s revolutionary iPhones and iPads.

Truth be told, there are definite similarities between the two phones.  I myself own a Samsung Galaxy S 4G which I indeed love, but without a doubt, everytime I pull the phone out, everyone asks, “Is that an iPhone?” noting the similarities, yet apparent differences.

There are loads of developments coming out right now between the two companies, as to who came out with the phone design first, and who came out with the chip designs first.  For sure this will be a fight to the finish.

But I also wonder what that will do with the impending merger between AT&T and T-Mobile, as AT&T is the first and main carrier for the iPhone before Verizon started carrying it earlier this year, and T-Mobile being the main carrier for the Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets.  That’s like two moms that are best friends fighting over their kids.

The iPhone and Galaxy problems reminds me much of Apple and Windows, as Windows was made to emulate Apple’s user friendly operating system.  We never saw Apple try to sue Windows, although that’s a history that requires several posts on its own.

Let’s see which 12 figure company wins

Entertainment Exec Sues Match.Com After Alleging Sexual Assault From Member Met Online posted by Garry "Prophecy" Sun on April 16, 2011

Matchmakers carry a lot more liabilities these days

A California woman, who chooses to remain anonymous other than revealing she is an Executive in the Entertainment Industry, is suing Match.com after she claims she was sexually assaulted by a man she met online.  She is now suing the company and demanding they create a stronger screening process to prevent such events from occurring again.

The woman claims she met Alan Wurtzel online on Match.com, who has been previously convicted six separate times for sexual battery.  The two met at Urth Cafe, a popular restaurant in West Hollywood on Melrose blvd, and she said he seemed charming and from a good and prominent family.

But peril began after a second date, in which the woman claims Wurtzel followed her home, and sexually assaulted her in her own home.  Wurtzel claims the sex was consensual and has plead not guilty on 2 felony charges against him stemming from the incident.  His trial begins April 26th.

Attorney for Robert Platt had this to say about the incident:

“We don’t have their Social Security numbers. It would create so many problems by trying to get background information on all these people,”

A statement like that reminds me a lot of what Southwest Airlines had to say about pushing off routine government mandated inspections on their plane.  They said it would cause a “significant burden” to adhere to those standards.

I guess we’re starting to see what the minds of our Corporations are really concerned with, and it definitely isn’t the people who spend money in their direction.
