Damnit Lindsay !! It’s back… In The Slammer… Again !!!
Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break these days with her alcoholic / addictive genetics getting her into trouble once again. Lindsay was arrested on Thursday at 4am as she attempted to flee the scene at Club Avenue in New York City.
According to details provided by local law enforcement, there was apparently some bickering going on between Lindsay and the alleged victim, which, as details provide, eventually led to Lindsay throwing the first punch.
By the time police arrived on the scene, Lindsay was the passenger of a car attempting to leave the scene, but Police intercepted the car and arrested Lindsay on the spot.
This is going to be tough for Lindsay, considering the fact that she’s about to be formally charged for lying to police about her car accident in June on the Pacific Coast Highway, for telling police she was a passenger, when she has been determined to be the driver.
This girl just seems to enjoy violating probation left and right. Not a good look to start fights at a time like this.
Pretty soon, her number of arrests are about to hit the Double Digits !!

I can’t take it no more… And I’m sure the public can’t take watching this debacle any longer either.
Lindsay Lohan is now accused of not ONE, but TWO altercations at the Standard Hotel and their Smoke & Mirrors club.. the first alleged incident occurred 2 weeks ago, just a few days after the Judge lifted her formal probation. There have since been 3 police reports filed against the crackhead, and she denied ever being in the Hotel.
Then, a 2nd altercation occurred just two nights ago, and also involved her dysfunctional father, Michael “Shut-Your-Mouth-About-Things-You-Know-Nothing-Of” Lohan, also at the Standard Hotel.. which seemed a little too coincidental if she claims she never went there the first time. Only idiot crackheads go back to the scene of the crime, like Amanda Bynes and her recent DUI, also at the Standard. Damn… they’re setting new Standards for Crackhead Drunkenness.
Well, chick is denying both incidents. But now, video surveillance footage from the Standard Hotel in Hollywood has been turned over to authorities, and they have stated that Lindsay Lohan was clearly at the Standard on the night of the first alleged incident, even though she told Police otherwise.
So now, not only did she go to a club after a Judge told her to quit her clubbing and partying ways, but chick straight lied to cops regarding her whereabouts that night. Not a good look for someone who just got off probation
I don’t know about you… but that sounds like some straight crackhead s#!t to me yo. Girl’s brain has been way too fried over the years from all of her poor choices. And now, chick can’t even act like a normal human being.

It wasn’t enough that Paris Hilton and Cy Waits were heading to a Van Nuys courtroom to testify against Nathan Parada, the man who broke onto Paris’s Mulholland Estates home wielding knives back in August of 2010… But now yet another man, who also broke onto Paris’s property back in October, James Rainford, came to let Cy know that he’s not too happy about his position as Paris’s one and only.
While Paris and Cy were walking with tons of cameras all around, idiot James, who’s already on probation for his original break in at Paris’s house, ran up from behind Cy and smacked him on the back of his head before being taken down by Paris’s trusty bodyguard, who later handed Rainford over to police.
When asked why he did what he did, James said he was going to marry Paris, and that her father already said yes to having her hand in marriage.

Linday Klepthand (Lohan) posted bail at Lynwood Correctional Facility. I think they need to change the name from “Lynwood” to “Lindswood” since it is like her frequent bed & breakfast and all.

So she’s out now and was just spotted arriving back to the comforts of her Venice Beach rental. I wonder if Lindsay and Samantha will wallow in their sorrows together… with her and all her jailhouse visits and Sam’s recent car accident.
They can celebrate life together, as lovers once again !!

You should've stuck with that as a necklace Lindsay
Lindsay Lohan went to the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles today for the umpteenth time. Her necklace incident got reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor but it was still a violation of her probation stemming from her first or 2nd or whatever DUI it was.
So now she’s being shipped off to the Lynwood County Jail for Women again, a place that Lindsay should be able to call home now, since she’s a regular visitor.
It’s really unfortunate that this should go down, because she just got the role in the new Gotti film, but all of that is now questionable. But who knows, maybe being in the klinker can give her a few more tips on what it’s like to be a genuine Gotti.
I’ll tell you this. I remember back in 2007, when it was my old TMZ days, I witnessed Lindsay and her assistant at the time, Jazz, driving hella crazy around Malibu and on the Pacific Coast Highway. Later that evening, I was told they were driving almost 140 mph trying to dodge the paparazzi.
Now mind you, I understand paparazzi / celebrity chases are no good. But that doesn’t mean the celebrity should drive over 100 miles per hour just to avoid the photogs, cause they unfortunately will follow in a high speed pursuit, exponentially increasing such a dangerous activity.
I wrote in my shoot report with my footage that we should say something in the web post to warn her of how dangerous this type of activity on public roads would be to both herself and others. TMZ being the non-insightful and non-prophetic people that they are, chose not to write my suggestion in the post.
The next evening was her 2007 DUI arrest after her high speed chase on PCH.

EXCLUSIVE: Lane Garrison Is All Smiles Over A Stack Of Pancakes... Learn To Appreciate The Little Things In Life
I caught up with Lane Garrison today outside of the International House Of Pancakes on Wilshire in the Miracle Mile District. The “Prison Break” star had his own run in with the law and prison as a result of a drunk driving accident in which one of his teenage passengers lost his life.
The incident landed Lane in jail for 22 months, which he was released in April of 2009, and is still finishing out his 4 years of parole. We spoke with him about his time in prison, and he said he feels blessed and lucky to have made it out alive. When I asked him if he felt filming Prison Break could have prepared him in any way for what real prison had in store for him, he said no way, and gave comparisons between real life prison, and the prison set he worked on. He also revealed that he will soon be doing work on NBC’s hit show, “The Event”.
