Kim Kardashian Posts Phone Conversation Between Kanye West And Taylor Swift… Legal Threats Fly posted by on July 18, 2016
Share

So Kim Kardashian decided it was time to post an allegedly secretly recorded phone conversation between husband Kanye West and arch nemesis Taylor Swift.  This is apparently the infamous phone conversation Kim claimed had occurred when Kanye asked Taylor if she would approve of his lyrics for “Famous“.

Here’s the thing… Taylor did says she didn’t know Kanye would say “I Made That Bitch Famous”… and in the video, you can only see Kanye asking about the “Sex” with Taylor Swift line.

So technically Taylor’s account of the phone conversation is true…. But here’s the kicker.  If Taylor was never told she was being recorded in the phone conversation, the video is technically illegal.  This leaves Taylor with an option to sue Kanye, sue Kim, and file a Federal Criminal Complaint, as this type of behavior falls under Federal Wire Tapping Laws.

Now there’s beef flying everywhere.  It will be really interesting to see how this moves forward.

Could Justin Bieber Go Down For Felony Hit And Run ???? posted by on June 18, 2013
Share

It's.. About.. To Go.. Down !!

Well folks..

It’s lookin’ like the inevitable has just occurred outside of the Laugh Factory in Hollywood just a few hours ago…

Justin Bieber looks to be involved in what is alleged to be a Hit And Run, in which Justin Bieber sideswiped a photog, the Homey Malack Lee, between his Ferrari and a parked car.  Justin Did not stop after the alleged incident.

And while Bieber Drove off In the Distance in the Rarri… Police and Paramedics arrived at the Not-So-Funny Laugh Factory scene.  A Police Report was Taken, and Malack was taken to local Cedars-Sinai, where Kim Kardashian just had her baby, and Paris Jackson fought back for her life.

A Felony Hit And Run is whenever a Driver leaves the scene of an accident that causes Bodily Harm to a person.  There is footage that will be released shortly on the Web and all Television Shows.  #Trust

It’s Been a Bad Year for Bieber, which saw the First Day of the Year surrounded by Tragedy when our Great Friend Chris Guerra was Fatally Struck on the Sepulveda Pass, in attempts to catch pictures of Justin Bieber smoking Weed while driving the same Ferrari in Question for this Incident.  And it also just so happens that Lil Twist was ridin with him too.

This also has some bad timing for Biebs Behind The Wheel, Considering the Waged War in his Calabasas Neighborhood along with his Fued with Keyshawn Johnson… I’m pretty sure the District Attorney will have to take a more serious look.

Word of Advice…  Ferraris, Lamborghinis And Fisker Karmas Should NOT be Owned and Operated by a 19-year old Idiot who has been Overtaken by Arrogance.

With all that happened outside of Laugh Factory… We Know All Too Well What’s About To Happen

Snooki Gets Rather Tipsy At Ashton Kutcher’s Geisha House… Valet Hides Fender Bender posted by on August 30, 2011

Snooki Needs Help... But Jionni's just soakin in the Spotlight

Jersey Shore’s Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi went out in Hollywood last night with her latest boy toy, Jionni LaValle, and stopped by Geisha House on the Boulevard, which is owned by Ashton Kutcher’s Dolce Group.

Crazy part is, Snooki almost fell out of their souped up Pick-Up Toyota Tundra on the way in… and that was before she threw back drinks for nearly 3 hours!!

Already Lookin Tipsy On The Way In

She practically had to be carried out.  But strangely, the ones who seemed drunk was the Valet Service at Geisha House.  The Valet attendant that was driving Snooki’s ride, actually backed into a Dark Blue BMW, damaging the bumper.  The Valet service didn’t tell either owner of both vehicles that they were responsible for the minor fender bender.  While the pickup truck was not damaged, it left damage on the front bumper of the BMW that I would assume could total $1,500 on the Luxury Vehicle.  So technically, Ashton Kutcher’s Dolce Group’s Valet Attendant, and those who covered it up, committed a felony hit and run on two groups of customers.  I’d hate to be the owner of that BMW. cause he will see that front bumper damage soon and wonder where it came from.

This Why He's Willing To Be With Snooki... Camera Face Time And A Cheezy Grin

But Snooki wasn’t doing that well on her way out either.  She had to practically be carried out by Jionni.  Hey, she may get a DUI on a bicycle, but she can’t get one on foot.

Russell Brand Is A Hit-And-Run Homewrecker… I Have Witnesses !! posted by on May 1, 2011

Watch out Easter Bunny... You don't know where that mouth has been

Actually, we do know where that mouth has been… and the list keeps growing like Pinocchio’s nose.

The rumors you’ve been hearing are true.  Russell Brand was in fact watching a film at The Arclight Theater in Hollywood with a mystery woman.  Now as I’ve mentioned in previous articles, celebs frequent the theater because it’s a location in Hollywood that appears to be somewhat low-key.  I guess that’s what Russell was looking for, but it’s too bad he didn’t get it.

Paps got tipped off to his whereabouts early on in the film, so a small crowd of photogs managed to find their way to the theater by the time of his exit.  Russell did his best to hideout from the lenses, and it appears it was because he was with a mystery woman.  Now mind you of course, the woman could be anybody, she doesn’t have to necessarily be any mistress of some sort.  But one does find it quite odd that he did his darndest to not be seen.

And Russell managed to try and rush his way out of the parking lot so fast, that he did indeed back himself into a parked car, and left without leaving a note.  From what I’m told by my many eyewitnesses, he didn’t hit the car that hard.

Either way, Russell got some ‘splainin to do to good ole Katy Perry.  If you’re not careful Russell, she may just go back to kissing girls.

Entertainment Exec Sues Match.Com After Alleging Sexual Assault From Member Met Online posted by on April 16, 2011
Share

Matchmakers carry a lot more liabilities these days

A California woman, who chooses to remain anonymous other than revealing she is an Executive in the Entertainment Industry, is suing Match.com after she claims she was sexually assaulted by a man she met online.  She is now suing the company and demanding they create a stronger screening process to prevent such events from occurring again.

The woman claims she met Alan Wurtzel online on Match.com, who has been previously convicted six separate times for sexual battery.  The two met at Urth Cafe, a popular restaurant in West Hollywood on Melrose blvd, and she said he seemed charming and from a good and prominent family.

But peril began after a second date, in which the woman claims Wurtzel followed her home, and sexually assaulted her in her own home.  Wurtzel claims the sex was consensual and has plead not guilty on 2 felony charges against him stemming from the incident.  His trial begins April 26th.

Attorney for Robert Platt had this to say about the incident:

“We don’t have their Social Security numbers. It would create so many problems by trying to get background information on all these people,”

A statement like that reminds me a lot of what Southwest Airlines had to say about pushing off routine government mandated inspections on their plane.  They said it would cause a “significant burden” to adhere to those standards.

I guess we’re starting to see what the minds of our Corporations are really concerned with, and it definitely isn’t the people who spend money in their direction.
