Wow!!

I swear it was just days ago that the World was talking about Psy’s “Gangnam Style” taking over the heart of World Society, breaking all barriers, and generating Tens of Millions of Dollars in Market-Wide Industry Revenue.

And now a performance from 2004 in which he encouraged people to “Kill Yankees” has everybody changing their iTune of Psy Tunes.

The problem with this is what my Cousin Jimmy Shiau and I like to coin as “The Mortal Jordan Rule”.  The Mortal Jordan Rule, as opposed to his Michael Jordan and Nike’s popular “Air” Persona… Deals with the Entertainment World’s version of “What Goes Up Must Come Down”.  Basically stating that everything that blows up in this Industry, will always have its end.  And it is taken from the notion that Michael Jordan had the most picture perfect Legacy, one that looked as if he was beyond human… only to come back from Retirement the 2nd time and almost tarnish the memory of his picture-perfect past. Sorta like how “The Matrix” was an Epic Film that re-ignited Keanu Reeves’s Career as an A-Lister, only to have the 2nd and 3rd Installments “Matrix Reloaded” and “Matrix Revolu;tions” to be so terrible… that we almost forgot how Good the Matrix was.

Few people are able to defy the times where they have gone past their prime.  Some examples would be Jerry Seinfeld, cancelling his show while it was still at the top.

The Greatest Person to defy this “Mortal Jordan Rule” was Tupac Shakur.  Because his untimely demise left him at the height of his game and physical prime only to be missed by the world, and his consistent flow of posthumous releases leaves the world mesmerized by his mysticism.

But with Psy’s past… Stating some of the most horrific things that would attack the core of the American People… I really find it hard to believe that people can forgive him enough, to only remember his YouTube defying feats.  He will still be performing at the Christmas in Washington Concert on December 21st, before “President” Barack Obama.  I’m sure at that moment, Psy will also issue a Public Apology.

But for those who thought Psy was a “One Hit Wonder”… well if he wasn’t before, he very well might be now.  I just find it hard for Radio Personnel to be as eager to give him spins.. and when it comes to those big Corporate Sponsorships and Commercials he’s been doing… yeah, that may calm down a bit too.

The Severity of this would be like the World finding out Justin Bieber likes to tell Racist Rants and Racist Jokes.  Yeah.  Don’t you think the World would be shocked ?  So the Magic that was once Psy, ,this dude stepping onto the Scene and capturing the World stage in his native Korean Tongue… is now likely to cause an even greater stir.  What may have been gained in Asian World relations with Respect to American Pop Culture may have actually been lost.. or may end up worse than before.  Only time will tell how the newly gained dynamics from Psy’s Hit will change.

Perhaps the purpose of Psy after all wasn’t just some cheesy video.  But to make people think.  Because one thing it has done, is opened discussion of the Unnecessary Violence that is War, and what it does to people Worldwide.

I guess Psy was here to break down the Psychology of the True State of Our International Relations.  But I don’t see Gangnam Style racking up another Billion YouTube Views anytime soon.

Even If It Were A One-Hit Wonder... It'd Be An 8th Figure Wonder of the World

Psy’s Worldwide Mega-Hit “Gangnam Style” is looking to pull in close to $10 Million Dollars for 2012.

The various sources of Revenue created by the single shows how new avenues and streams of income can be created with the right demand, and take advantage of the digital age we are living in.  Ironically, it is the Digital Age itself that has struck the recording industry where it hurt the most… in Record Sales.

But Gangnam Style has become the Most Viewed and Most Liked Video in the entire history of YouTube… even beating out Prior Champ Justin Bieber.  And ad revenues from the video alone are projected to make about $1 Million Dollars.  The single has also been downloaded 3 Million times on iTunes at $1.29 a pop.  Psy and his team and companies will be keeping about $3 Million from those downloads.

And then there’s the licensing of the song for use on commercials and to represent products… such as Korean Electronics Giant Samsung, which has used Psy to push their new Fridges.

Heck, Gangnam Style is an Economy within itself… even bringing up the value of the share price for DI Corp, a company which makes equipment for semiconductor companies.. of which Psy’s family owns 30%.  The company saw its height at an 8-fold increase of its prior pricing, just as Gangnam Style was reaching its Worldwide Peak.

Oh yeah, and let’s not forget that this huuuuge success came about by the World’s Firsts Asian Music Artist to garner such Worldwide success and appeal.  You have to admit, nobody could have ever admitted, or predicted that a song would play on the Radio where 98% of its words are in Korean.

So Props to Psy for making noticeable waves in the Industry… Waves strong enough to turn the tides of the way it feels about Asian Artists

Tony Rock Wants To Pick Up Game Where Kobe Bryant Lost

Tony Rock was spotted at a Gas Station in Hollywood this weekend, where he was asked about Los Angeles Laker Kobe Bryant and the Greatest Loss of His Career, potentially costing him upwards of $75,000,000 Dollars… Losing his wife Vanessa Bryant.

Tony not only says Kobe is an idiot for not having a Prenuptial Agreement, but he also tries to brainstorm ways that he might be able to have a shot at Vanessa, even possibly sending her a Tweet to “Get at” him.

I guess now that Vanessa has “Kobe Money“, she’s that much more appealing.

Vanessa Bryant recently filed for divorce after alleged evidence that has led Vanessa to believe he continually cheats on their nearly 11 year marriage.

Joe Francis Seems To Like Being Confined In Small Places

Girls Gone Wild Founder Joe Francis surrendered himself to Los Angeles Police Pacific Division on Monday night, stemming from a False Imprisonment Warrant.

The warrant stems from a misdemeanor False Imprisonment charge and is expected to be booked and released on $50,000 Bail.

What makes that even more fu@ked up, is that this is just icing on the cake with a long list of problems for the Softcore Porn Producer, who has had multiple arrests in many states, run ins with the IRS, and continuing legal battles with Steve Wynn over a $2 Million Dollar gambling debt.

I guess being a purveyor of porn doesn’t return good karma.

Dennis Rodman Brings Color And Flavor To Millions Of Milkshakes In Culver City

I guess since it’s an NBA Lockout, all the players have to resort to making Millions of Milkshakes, cause just two days after Shawn Marion got his shake, soon to be NBA Hall of Famer Dennis Rodman came through with his own shake designed for party animals like Rodman.

So Dennis brought his colorful splendor down to the Culver City Shopping Westfield Shopping Center to make his own shake at Millions of Milkshakes, but he of course decided to add to the “Hangover” crowd, as did Hangover 2′s Kim Lee, by including the GTOX Detox Formula.  As a matter of fact, Dennis was so excited about introducing this GTOX Milkshake, that he even made the shake and introduced it on last night’s Jay Leno Show.

So the Official name of Dennis’s Shake is the “GTOX Hangover Blocker Shake“, which includes pineapple, mango, strawberries, The GTOX Detox Formula, and Vanilla Ice Cream… oh, and he did opt for some Soy Milk as well.

Dennis, who played for 2 of the most successful NBA Franchises in NBA History, the Chicago Bulls alongside Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, as well as teaming up with the Los Angeles Lakers with Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal.  Dennis is also the rightful owner of 5 Championship rings and will be receiving his place in the Naismith Hall of Fame this year, and it’s only proper that Coach Phil Jackson will be introducing the new inductee, who coached him for both Lakers and the Bulls.

Dennis is a Seven Time Leader in the NBA in Rebounds, but his wild antics in life off the court caused much controversy to surround his career, and has been linked to relationships with both Madonna and Carmen Electra… making him not just “The Man“, but the “Rod-Man“.  Sadly, Dennis even thought he would never make the Hall of Fame, thinking his off court choices didn’t properly represent the Hall.  Even his colleagues doubted he would ever get in.

And when I say he’s the man, i’m speaking lightly. Few in this world and in our time are able to have achieved the level of success as this man has in all his endeavors which of course include being one of the NBA’s Greatest Franchise Owners of All Time by leading the Los Angeles Lakers to their Historic Career. But what makes his presence even more overwhelming, is seeing how many people are enamored by him, want to give him a hug, shake his hand or take a picture, and Jerry so graciously obliges, with every one who tries. And not only was Jennifer looking stunning, but she gave Big Pimpin Buss the Performance and Serenade of a Lifetime. But you’ll have to check back for Jennifer’s performance, which I would say was definitely the real show !!

So one would definitely say it was an excellent evening, especially since they had The EC Twins spinning for the crowd. But what made this evening most exciting was seeing how Jerry has not only chosen to live his life to the fullest, but he enjoys sharing his blessings with others. During Jennifer’s performance, she was almost brought to tears of how Jerry convinced her to return to College and further her Education. And we’re pretty sure she’s not the only one who Jerry has helped and encouraged to turn their life around.

When asked by CBS Sports what is the secret behind his success, he easily replied “Hard Work“… and I’d probably listen to him if I were you.

Better Watch Out For His Spidey Hand

Tobey Maguire is one of many high profile celebrities that is being sued for waxing a$$ in an underground poker ring that could have cost one Hedge Fund Manager nearly $25 Million Dollars in Embezzled Investor Money.

Brad Ruderman, who is currently serving time in a Texas Jail until 2018 for being convicted on two counts of wire fraud and two counts of investment adviser fraud, apparently took part in this illegal Poker ring that included A-list actors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck and King Of Sleeze, Rick Salomon. Brad, who was CEO of Ruderman Capital Partners in Beverly Hills apparently lost millions of dollars in his investors money and now lawyers for the clients whose funds he embezzled are filing a series of civil suits against those who won big in the illegal poker dens, in the hope of recouping some of their lost savings.

Tobey’s legal team is trying to defend themselves by proving the games were not illegal, even though it is against California Law to gamble for money in underground Poker Games.

Word on the street is that Tobey has a mean Poker hand, winning up to $1-$2 Million Dollars a month in the rings… Holy Pokeroni Spider-Man !!

The games were secretly held at various locations like The Beverly Hills Hotel, Four Seasons and Johnny Depp’s The Viper Room, where River Phoenix saw his demise in 1993.  The games were so high stakes, that fully armed security manned their doors.

Alls I gotta say is, good luck trying to recover those losses.  This should just be a lesson to all those people out there to stop putting the trust of their financial well-being and decisions in the hands of others.

You'd Be Smiling Too... If You Were This Fine... This Rich.. and Just Got 57,000 Sq Ft For Damn Near The Price of 28,500

Two Incredibly Wealthy And Prominent families in our world just entered into a huge financial transaction over a damn house !!

Candy Spelling, widow to the late great TV producer Aaron Spelling, finally found herself a buyer for her Ultra Mega Mansion that has been listed on the market for over 2 years at a $150 Million Dollar Asking Price.

The home, which is where Aaron and Candy spent their lives and raised their kids, Tori and Randy Spelling, is a 57,000 square foot mega mansion and was the most expensive listing in all of Los Angeles, located in the highly coveted Bel Air / Holmby Hills area, and even includes its own bowling alley, beauty salon, and parking for 100 Formula 1 Race Cars !!

The purchaser is the incredibly beautiful Petra Ecclestone, daughter of Bernie Ecclestone who is the CEO and President of Formula 1 Racing and has a net worth of about $4 Billion Dollars.

Petra’s initial offer on the property was $75 Million Dollars, half the asking price.  Although we don’t know yet what the purchase price was settled at, the transaction is currently in Escrow and waiting to close.

When it comes to families, looks like the Ecclestone family has the Formula for beauty, while the Spelling family still has the formula for distance.  Candy and Tori are still estranged, and i’m pretty sure Tori’s not too happy about the transaction, since she will no longer be able to set foot in the home she grew up in, and will probably have no parts of the multi-million dollar transaction.

This comes as an extra insult to Tori, who had to be hospitalized today after being involved in a car accident where she was chased by a paparazzi until she crashed into a school wall.

And just to peep game at the amount of wealth the Ecclestone family holds… just get a load of that rock on Petra’s finger, and the lucky dude who gets to take her home to 57,000 square feet of luxury.

Aubrey O'Day Is Full Of Hot Air... Cause She's Oxygen's Hottest !!

Dayummn !! I guess Aubrey O’Day really Did Soak Up All The Oxygen !!!!

We caught up with Aubrey O’Day outside of Eva Longoria’s Restaurant “Beso” in Hollywood last night.

And she was asked about the paltry results for Paris Hilton’s premiere for her show “The World According To Paris“… Which only managed to get about 400,000 viewers to tune in to Oprah’s Oxygen Network.

In contrast, Aubrey’s premiere for “All About Aubrey” drew in about 725,000 viewers, nearly twice as much, and the recent premiere of the new season of “Bad Girls Club” drew in a whopping 1.7 Million viewers, more than 4 times as much as “The World According To Paris”.  Who knew everyone would wanna watch a bunch of crazy chicks… Ummm.. I think the whole world knows that !!

Paris has been very outspoken publicly, claiming some markets had experienced time changes of her premiere, causing the ratings disappointment… “Ratings According To Paris“   

Aubrey kept it all love though, stating:

“Paris Is Dope… And I’m Sure Her Ratings Will Pick Up”

While some at the time considered that a little jab… She really was just being positive and giving a positive outlook… After all, it’s Aubrey… She doesn’t have beef.  Unless of course your name is Holly Madison
